"Theresa's career in painting began after retiring from the retail business as owner of Theresa's Gift Shop. As a self taught artist she enjoys painting with all mediums. Her preference is acrylic and pastels. Although she paints whatever moves her, Theresa prefers to paint wild life and gets great satifaction out of capturing the beauty of these God given creatures. Theresa is an active member and past President of the Carbon County Art League. Her paintings have won her acclaim with awards such as: First, Second, and Third Place in various competitions. "
